    Hello today i give you a simple mod i created in my free time. I have been thinking of making this mor quite some time now.

    THIS MOD DOES NOT INCLUDE MR WHOOPEE THE ICE CREAM VAN. I had to write this due to some confusion on the other players side

      When you have a lightbar equpped you select it inder the lightbar in the customizing menu. You can find them under: mr whoopee jingle
