The Eaton Tru-Trac is a mechanical type LSD that uses helical cut gears to provide torque to the opposite wheel when wheelslip occurs. It functions as an open differential when there is no wheelslip. If one wheel is in the air, use the parking brake to allow the Tru-Trac to provide torque to the wheel on the ground.
