Beta Luxembourg license plates 1.1.1

This mod adds four different types of Luxembourgish license plates:

normal modern design:
Uses two random letters and 4 numbers*


Modern diplomatic:
Uses CD and 4 numbers divided with a "-"
(the sticker is a "*")


Old design and vintage design**:
uses two random letters and three numbers, or one random letter and four numbers






*The normal design can be used for special plates since they use the same background.

**note, you will have to have downloaded the Belgian license plate mod by Brent992 if you want the mods full potential. Download below:

The license plates currently only work in EU format.
