Low range transfercase for RWD 1.2

Simple mod adding a "RWD Low Range Transfer Case" option, currently available on:

• Hopper
• MD-series
• D-series
• H-series
• Roamer

Now with range selector functionality, matching the vanilla 4WD transfer cases. With the exception of the MD-series, you can also choose between the standard 2.2:1 low range ratio or the crawler 4:1 low range ratio.

Also added a "Crawler" option to T-series transmissions.



Probably not authentic to real cars, but it's a neat solution compared to using a 4WD transfer case and removing the front driveshaft and differential.
