I like this. It actually sounds pretty good. Maybe a tad more bass in the upper rev range. The idle sounds pretty much spot on.

I have owned a 1978 Olds Cutlass with a carbed 3.8... this sounds like a vacuum.... i have also had the MPFI 3.8 in a 84 Buick century and it did not even come close to this.... Search YT for Buick V6's of the late 70's and mid 80's doing --60's at wide open throttle u will not hear dirt devil vacuum.. they are very very deep low-mid pitch engines and usually didn't replicate a landscapers leaf blower

when it gets to high revs the engine sound cuts out so theres really no sound to listen to

The "clicking" sound present makes this a very annoying car to rev.
You need to edit the "bad" part of the sample off.
But it's actually not bad for a first mod.
