i love this map because when you spawn in normal ai then set them on random it causes really weird crashes

This map is very good, but unfortunately as of 0.30 having this map installed will break AI traffic police on all other maps.

I usually never review anything but this map is exceptional. I play on it daily and absolutely inspired me to make my own maps

Beatiful scenery, nicely detailed, diverse (city, mountains, highways, desert). Not that FPS-friendly in the city, but makes sense. The lightning is weird? Cars appear like they have matte paint. Also there's ɴᴏ ᴛᴇxᴛᴜʀᴇ on the "Firwood Cafe" buildings.

Very nice and fun to drive on ! I would love to have speed limit signs on the highway though (and more road signs in general).

Lovely example of the semi-realistic kind of map that has places to go and things to do (although there are currently no missions).

Haul some cargo from the airport to town across the mountain range, get in a police chase on the way, die on those atrociously unsafe cliffside roads, and admire the rather beautiful vistas every step of the way; that kind of map. Love it.

I like how ai police chases are more common!

Good map, i like the roads, a few places like the tops of mountains look kinda weird because the texture is like streching and stuff, but besides that really good map.

i honestly think this is the best map on the repo, great roads with plenty of variation. straights when you want them, curves when you don't. the city/desert/mountain layout is an amazing level of variability that even some of the official maps can't compete with. the assets fit well even if a good percentage are stock.

i think the only thing i would add would be delineators and guardrails at the tighter corners with big dropoffs, but that is kinda grasping at straws.

The claim of FPS-friendly is rather bold, as this is one of the worst running maps I've played recently. The excessively wide roads make driving feel unchallenging and therefore boring. On that note, the scenery is pretty to look at and I haven't found any problems except for the snow texture. I doubt the framerate can be improved too much with how much you're playing with lighting, but I'm certain you can iron out the other issues. It's a nice map to look at, unfortunately not as nice to play on at the moment.

I've now spent many hours in this map so I certainly owe you a review for your great work!! Sure, there's some improvements that can be made as others have said (nothing's perfect!) but on the wide range of map mods, this is certainly one of the higher quality maps! Kudos to you and looking forward to seeing more of your work and updates! :)

Very good map!
Some things I would consider adding
-parking lot for PD
-a smaller fire station maybe near the airport
-a trailer park of sorts in the desert area

My absolute favorite map now. Super beautiful and no lag. Tons of places to just drive chill. I love the random ramps too!

Right, so here are my thoughts on this map.
Pros:
- very large, great for driving around
- the lake is nice
- night mode is quite pretty
- better framerate than expected
- interesting integration of a desert
- good feel in general

Cons that made me deduct 1 star:
- as Lucas and Zeit said, the road layouts are frankly weird in some places
- the lanes are a bit wide, compared to the ones from vanilla maps
- mountains can be taller
- snow texture on the mountaintops is rather grainy
- the textures on some assets like the gas station are a bit bland

Overall, this is by no means a bad map (at least not in my books) but I feel like it can definitely be refined and improved.

Fantastic map! The lighting and colors are beautiful, but it could definitely be improved with some more intricate details throughout (I know this isn't easy on such a large map). I think an addition of something similar to the Rubicon Trail on the west side of the lake would be awesome as well, to bring some other aspects from the Lake Tahoe inspiration.
