Sequential BiTurbo for the Turbo

This update adds diffusors that should have been on the Altair from the beginning. No i had the oportunity to finally put them on.
Also the base model and the Turbo have a bit more torque (especially the turbo) and you have max torque earlier in the rev range so those versions should feel a bit quicker. -the 3.0 versions (non-sport) aren't as loud anymore
-the cabrio spawns and doesn't give you an error anymore
