In 2002 popular Japanese automobile brand Kendo released the Haji, an economical mid-sized sedan with plentiful leg-room and bullet-proof reliability.
However, the engine was weak and underpowered for the weight of the base-model. And so Kendo released a sportier version called the Haji LE with a 2.4 litre turbocharged engine producing 226hp with around 223lb-ft of torque.
Sales quickly rose and the Haji LE became a sensation among enthusiasts and car magazines around the globe.
Sadly, Kendo has since discontinued production of the Haji in 2005 for reasons unknown.
P.S.
The LE is the only trim available now, the base model and others may come in the future.
