The BE96 was the only RWD Pessima that Ibishu made. Popular with tuners, the BE96 was a drift machine from the start. A turbocharged version of the BE96 was planned by Ibishu, but was sadly discontinued after the prototype for complications of the GTz turbocharger it was going to use. Every version came in one color, pearl white. Only available in Japan, but many were imported to North America.
The race, custom and drift missile versions are modified. These models were not sold by Ibishu.

While not the only Pessima with rear wheel drive, it was the far more popular one... the Pessima R was a discontinued limited edition that was ended due to high prices and a too powerful twincharged race inline 6 DOHC.
