i3 Engine for the Civetta Scintilla 1.2

This mod adds a 1.0L i3 engine for the Civetta Scintilla.
It's my first mod involving actual vehicle files (like jbeam, etc) so there are some bugs right now that I do not know how to fix:

Any turbocharger equipped will immediately fall off, so basically the Race, Sport, Exit, and Stock intakes work. (the supercharger over-torques the engine.)
Engine sound comes from the front of the car
Engine model isn't correct (just default v10)
this mod took me ~1.5 hours to make due to lots of errors

Anyways, this comes with the default Scintilla ECUs and the default i3 ECUs.

The top speed is incorrect in the performance tab of the config. The top speed is 139 MPH/223KMH.
