Beta 1990-2004 Hungarian license plate 7.0

The font was remade, the letters are now higher quality. It finally looks close enough to real life.

Better normal map (almost final update)

I have done the old nomral map manually (took me about 5 hours), but I discovered that I can make a much better one using a filter in Photoshop.

I have done the real font, however, the specular map still isn't perfect.

I just realised the fact that i cropped some stuff with really bad effort. This update fixes that. (the 2006- license plate mod doesn't have this issue so i didn't update it)

Improved letters / javított betűk

The letters weren't the best before, but now I've fixed them a bit ... (though they'll still need to be fixed)
A betűk nem voltak a legjobbak korábban, de most javítottam egy kicsit rajtuk... (bár még mindig kell majd rajtuk javítani)
