- 5/5,
amazing update
few things: the 6.2 engine sounds kinda off, and the rear hatch on the prototype doesn't close all the way-
Author's Response
Thx very much for the review, might update the 6.2 V8 sound in the future

- 4/5,
The mod was already great and the remaster made it even better. The only issue I'm encountering is that the rear end of the car is VERY loose, even in the race config with the big wing. To me it feels like the wing does nothing

Sorry man I don't know how to tune suspensions :(

I LOVE THAT COUPÉ!!! But i would love to have the coupé with the KLJP lights/newer lights! Also, a higher quality 3D model would be great! Still love that, it makes the SBR actually interesting to me!

- 5/5,
This thing is AWESOME! Only complaint, I know its based of the SBR4 but maybe it could be put as its own vehicle? Just a suggestion!
-
Author's Response
It was kinda Derpitron's idea to keep it with the same SBR4 slot for inter-mod compatibility as well as less work need to be done for other updates.

- 5/5,
It sounds good, and it drives good. It’s also quite powerful, and it motivated me so much I found out why my V12 didn’t produce 1000hp. Thank you.
Now it just has to not explode…-
Author's Response
In terms of not explode, beware of the thingy called "maxTorqueRating", and keep in mind it is in Nm of torque (1000 Nm = 737.5 lb-ft)
Also I feel a 6.0L V12 having 1000 hp in NA form is possible (in real life) but you will need very high rpms like something north of 10K RPM.

- 5/5,
To be honest, the front kinda looks like the modern supra. (or is it just me?)
-
Author's Response
Tbh I agree to a degree but do notice that the Audi R8 (2nd gen) does have a similar style of grille too.
-
-
-
Author's Response
Agreed. Tbh Scintilla is overrated like most modern Ferraris (except the Ferrari FF), someone's gotta do the job to make the supercar market more diverse in BeamNG.

-
Author's Response
Tbh. The Scintillas are so overhyped in the community (although I did make a couple engine swap mods to it) to the point that I had to make this mod to do something about it.

- 4/5,
Pretty cool concept and generally an awesome mod. I'm giving 4 stars only because the exhaust tips wobble like they're held on rubber, aside from that - good job!
-
Author's Response
Ye that's something I would try to fix since the Bolide-based header system has no center nodes like the exh2, exh3 x-centered nodes to connect hence the potential wobbling.

Author's Response
Ye thx for the review. Also if Finn allows me to use the Procyon name for a Sunstorm hybrid config, there will be an alternate V8 engine that is hybrid V8 AWD only.

- 4/5,
the v8 is just a gray model and the exhaust tips are wobbling like jelly
otherwise its a good mod-
Author's Response
V8 uses Bolide manifold with gray Bastion heads and Block.

- 5/5,
Nice this kinda made me want a actual car based on the BMW M8 and Audi R8 to come to the game officially to quench that German Supercar thirst but this quenches it enough for now :)
-
Author's Response
This Sunstorm's SBR4-based body looks very much an Audi R8, especially with the KLJP front SBR4 bumper

- 4/5,
4 stars because the exhaust tips jiggle, and the suspension needs serious tuning (the Sunstorm configs really like to get on 2 wheels in the turns)
-
Author's Response
The reason why the Sunstorm likes to go two wheels is probably because of the excessive tire grip. I tried to connect the muffler nodes to the bolide header nodes so the exhaust fumes could work.
