Hirochi Sunburst Remastered RHD 0.1.1

Turns out there is already a RHD mod. I will therefore not update this any more. Feel free to use any parts of this mod for your own mods.

Hirochi Sunburst RHD mod. Adds right-hand-drive interior (obviously), including JDM interior with the stalks the other way round. Right-hand rear fog light added for RHD Euro variants (including the red and black surrounds). RHD windshield wipers, headlights and right-hand brake master cylinder modelled.

RHD variants can be accessed in the body slot for the wagon and sedan unibody formats respectively using the "Estate Monocoque" and "Saloon Monocoque" slots respectively . A few configs have been added for your convenience. You need JP's European Licence Plates mod for the UK yellow licence plates in the UK configs to work.

Known issues:
Police laptop: couldn't be bothered to model this, not seen police cars outside of North America with a laptop pointing towards the driver like this IRL anyway.
Dynamic mirrors: couldn't get the dynamic wing mirrors to work at a realistic angle without the view clipping. Putting the view all the way to the right in the mirror option for both mirrors in the tuning menu helps get the view as close as possible to reality.
Manual race gearbox plate and housing warping when changing gear: this seems to be an issue with the LHD manual race gearbox as well at the moment.
