    Fix time!

    • Fixed headlights issue
    • Fixed vehicles spawning in fences (I think? I tested this a few dozen times and it seemed all good)
    • Raised spawn point a bit
    • Added a new sample Lua file, useful for easy traffic setup for scenarios
