[The belasco skin is made by Scruffy 517, not in the mod]
This mod add a Prison Van version to the van, it got a new rear cage for inmates, lights, 5 skins and a decorative camera system!

There's lights in the cage, they turn on with the headligths :
To open the doors of the cage, use the pattern key (the system is not great but it's my only option) :
