Phase-IV Interior Enhancements + Lights

Hey there everyone,

Today we bring you a brand new update on the Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack!

This update has a primary focus on enhancing many of the older Phase-IV interior parts. Due to unfortunate timing with the release of Beamng.drive v0.23, this update is not as polished as we would have liked. A hotfix is coming next week!
