Great map, though the fps has been progressively getting worse each update. I used to get a smooth 60 now I get 25. Overall a great map but needs some more optimization if possible.

This is by far my favorite map in BeamNG. The latest update added a few new areas and I cant express how much I love this map.

This is probably the most realistic map for when I drive (Casually) around. 12/10 would reccomend C:

It is perfect. Why 4 stars? Well, it isnt finished yet and there are a few rough spots.

I am leaving this review even though the map is not yet finished. Normally I try to refrain from doing this, unless I am in contact with the person regularly, as it's tough to tell before things are done (as always).
I booted up the map, thinking there'd be a few more blocks of homes then what I saw months ago last October or so. I was wrong, there's gobs more, there's a school, with a track/field etc, there isn't just more homes there's new ones too & enough difference they don't repeat tirelessly. There's also more detail placed into other things like some starts of road bridges, good custom texturing, a large ditch for drainage easement/runoff. There's quite a few stores, some carrying over from last version, and what I believe is at-least one new gas station - or atleast updated somewhat. The roadways are done realistically, sidewalks, curbing, and a few driveways, and even a garage (at-least one) you can park inside of - nice touch (interaction goes a long way here - I amongst many appreciate anything that's not just a boring brick box of a prop that doesn't ever move, and driving inside an actual garage that's realistically done up nicely inside and out is one of those things. Again, nice touch.
Flying through alleys at 80mph+ is also one that shall land you predictable results, and it's quite a hoot I must say.
There is AI capability in this map, as it's got it's own mini-map if you use the HUD APP or in-dash GPS, though I didn't have a chance to test it yet.
The only negatives to this map is that 'it's not done yet'. Why is this a negative at all? Because this map is THAT awesome.
I am very positive that this will make GREAT police chases too, and I will be sure to let CrashBoomPunk and a few other 'tubers know it's out if they haven't seen it already - so do look in a week or so once the videos are made/edited/uploaded and released to the public.
You deserve atleast that recognition. There's more, though.
@Occam's Razer , my friend, you deserve much praise. This map stands on it's own with all it's own models, it's own character, and comes darn close to standards of AAA games made in the last 10 years - something that's admittedly very very difficult, and very very time consuming. The start of the bridge through the one neighborhood near the school is absolutely spot-on beautiful too - in that it's not overly done.
You sir have vision - take this vision and run with it, as not many folks have it. This is worthy of being put on any future game-designers resume (job application).
I will also add, as should be required for pointing out that while I may be a bit biased, as I used the original October's release version of this map's houses, for my ROANE COUNTY map (with permission); I really do like this map regardless.
You didn't just take a GB of Beamng assets and replant them, you made your own, you stood up and said, I wish to be different. We love this.
MOAR MOAR MOAR :) You are welcome to live your life and put the time into this as you have ability to, of course, but we all shall eagerly wait for the next delicious new version. I am pretty sure I can speak for the majority here.
5/5 immersion 5/5 modeling 5/5 for realistic implementation of neighborhood/creation of it. Very very immersive.

Really Awesome, but somewhat unrealistic. Furthermore, it's not particularly lenient when it comes to frame rate, other than that it's an interesting map to drive on. Good Job.

It's awesome great update! One problem though, theres a corner in the viaduct town near the high school where the road is lifted several meteres above ground. Can you please fix this? Thanks in advance!

An amazing map that provides no difference in FPS. Even though it has some errors and unrealistic bits, it's still my favorite.

Just amazing! Is it any surprise that my 3 most played maps (bar gridmap) are all Occam creations when theyre this good. Simple but effective. This is my number one map now.
