Functional Road Barrier! 1.0

I like this, but you should make one that COMBINES the Railway Signals and Barriers together. Sort of like an american crossing. (With the configs unchanged- just combined the 2.)

It opens with an animation (is sliding), so I expect you to improve the Prison Van mod. Can you make a slide door for that?
