After a few days (mostly frustration), I finally completed doing my skin based off the Auxiliary Unit livery for the Fall River Police Department.
I've based the image off this specific Crown Victoria:
You can find it under the skins slot as "Fall River Police Department", and it will automatically equip your Grand Marshal with the skin shown above.
I'm open to all forms of criticism and feedback, as this is my first mod in the repo I've done.
