Enjoy the mod bunches and the torque curves seem close to data I've seen around the web. Love the inclusion of the Cleveland I6, probably my favorite in the pack. I saw you mentioned adding Mustang motors and I was curious if that included the Gen 1-3 Coyotes, Voodoo V8. Any chance in the future for Ecoboost motors?
    1. iRetr0x
      Author's Response
Not for this pack, this pack will include the windsor and modular mustang engines, in the upcoming Modern ford engine pack, yes it will include ecoboost engines and coyotes and the voodoo (my fav cuz flatplane lol). Thanks for the review!

I love the mod, the only thing I could ask for is if you could add the 5.4 Triton and maybe some of the windsor engines to the grand marshall. Other than that I love this mod.
    1. iRetr0x
      Author's Response
Well see bro, I only put crown Vic engines in the grand marshal but I’m planning to add mustang engines to it as well, so that means Windsors and others! Thanks for the review!

This mod is awesome! Have you thought about adding in the newer Ecoboost engines?
    1. iRetr0x
      Author's Response
Yep I am planning that, they will probably be coming soon in a separate mod with other modern ford engines! Thanks for the review!

Great Mod! You should add the 6.8L V10 (Triton) for the H-Series and other trucks.

I literally made an account just to give this 5 stars, I put the engine from my irl truck into the d series and it feels the just like the real one, thanks!

Great mod, had a thought. You should add Ford, GM, Chrysler infront of the names of the transmissions and engines for easier differentiation for people who have all 3 of your big engine packs.
    1. iRetr0x
      Author's Response
Thanks for 5 stars! The Windsor/Triton/Vortec/Magnum is already an easy way to tell the engines apart, but I’ll see what I can do with the transmissions.

Great mod, plenty of engines with proper curves and great transmission variety too! Only wish the V6 was in the Grand Marshal tbh

Thanks! And no worries, making a ford swap pack in the future which will feature lots of ford engines in a variety of vehicles, including more v6's.

Love this mod and all of your other engine mods. This one is probably mod, in particular, is near and dear to my heart because I, myself own a 05' Mustang with the 4.6L SOHC V8.

My only question is - do you plan on adding custom sounds to the engines?

Great work, loving the updates - and planned engines!
    1. iRetr0x
      Author's Response
Thanks for the support bro! Glad you like it, btw 4.6 + mustang = porn. And Yes I’ve been working a lot on custom sounds, if people have checked the files there is an art folder and stuff, also gonna be working on a dohc version of the 4.6 for the grand marshal, also the 4.6 has different sounds than stock if you haven’t noticed.

Super cool to see this in the game! cant wait for more.. One note, The Automatic transmissions are super cool just wondering if you can make them shift more realistically? the engine is screaming past 5000RPM with half throttle before it shifts unlike the base autos in the game, Thanks!!
    1. iRetr0x
      Author's Response
I’m currently working to improve shift times on the automatics! Not only in this mod but my others, I have a friend that’s helping me finetune them.

Awesome mod, but with the V6, when you crash hard the transmission and both suspensions become invisible. If doesn't happen with the other gasoline engines (I don't use Diesels).
    1. iRetr0x
      Author's Response
Yeah sorry this is due to incorrect deform values, I’ll have that fixed in the next update. Anyways thanks!

Great mod, I personally own most of the engines on this mod and they seem pretty good, you just have to find the gearing ratio of your certain vehicle and it seems to work pretty good, i do have a couple of suggestions though, maybe the 4.6 DOHC Intech V8? Also I own a 7.3 IDI Non turbo with a stack if you would like to make that into a sound, also a 5.0 straight pipe and a 4.6 DOHC with mufflers cut off if you wanted to put that into the game out of a Lincoln MK VIII
    1. iRetr0x
      Author's Response
I’ve owned most too! That’s what inspired me. And I was actually thinking about making a dohc model of the ingame modular v8 but I’m a noob with modeling (can do basic stuff with existing models) but it’s a great suggestion. And also the SOHC 4.6 has different/louder and more realistic sounds compared to the others, that was a test to see if y’all like it and if so I’d add it to all the engines. And I actually was just thinking this morning about stacks for the engines, I’m working on making a hood/bed stack for a friend so I’ll use that.

These engines are great, you should add some of them to other cars, like a v6 in the 200bx, or a different one in the pessima. It would add more variety, but its just a suggestion.
    1. iRetr0x
      Author's Response
All of these engines are based off engines that were in ford trucks in the 80s, 90s and early 2000s but I’m that guy that will swap any fucking engine into any car :D

Good mod, love the D-series engines, and the big variety of them, would be nice if you could port a few of them to the Roamer (Ford Explorer)
    1. iRetr0x
      Author's Response
For v0.20 and higher, the engines are available on both the D-series and Roamer. Also I thought it was based off the Expedition tbh.

Edit / reply / basically boosting the rating lmao

Yes low makes the tranny considered "6 speed" since its a forward moving gear, but do not make it first gear please lol. I never have it in that unless I need a little extra oomf towing or hauling extra heavy things. The Zf-6 is really a 5 speed, with a very high last drive gear for interstate driving.
For the "low" gear, first gear in low range for your mod is perfect.
The Low gear was just something nice they added so you wouldn't have to drop it into low, it has a ton of torque and top speed of 7-9 mph screaming.
and I'll be sure to check out his mod, would love a great diesel sound mod

      Kinda confused but ye xD
