1. Added N2O for Vivace Custom.
2. Increased power Vivace Top Speed.
3. Now the Vivace Sleeper costs as much as it must cost.
4. Fixed a bug due to which Vivace SAP and Tograc SAP spawned without lightbars.
5. Fixed minor flaws in the descriptions of some configurations.
