After my first Spanish License Plate mod*, in which I was able to finally incorporate some actual real looking spanish plates to the game (Eternal kudos to @machine for starting this all) Beam.NG finally allows dynamic european plates generation, so it's time to do the next step!
The plan is to eventually offer as many european plates as possible, using the best looking assets I can so they look 100% like their real counterparts, with all main styles used by daily driving civilian vehicles from many years and styles as possible:

Since UK plates are included in the mod, I am also including a RHD pack for the Cherrier FCV family, with 8 premade configs for you to use straight away:
The mod also includes euro-spec rear bumpers for the Covet, Roamer and 200BX, so these cars can fit any european plate, you need to select it first and then apply the euro plate.
F.A.Q.-The text I just wrote can't fit!
Some long texts (like ZZ-XXXX-ZZ on spanish plates for example) don't fit in the plate because the distance between characters when using actual spaces to separate them is too wide. Use dots (.) instead of spaces or dashes (-) between characters, so a special dash or a space with shorter distance to characters after and before it will appear instead, allowing you to generate it properly.
-How can I use the decals between characters?
With the inclusion of Czech Republic and Sweden, it is now possible to place their respective plate decals if you want to use them, but since they are always added by default, there is no need to do it manually.
If you want to play with how the text is generated, please note that the decals for the Czech Republic are shown by replacing the 'O', and for Sweden, the 'Q' (characters normally not used in those systems) so by adding the respective character in any of the plates, you will get the decal in any position you want.
If you want to remove it, please consider using a period '.' to replace it so the spacing between characters is kept the same.
-I want to use a plate which features a different color background in one side (UK, France - Rear, Yellow) and it shows up as white.
Since there is no easy way to tell the game to generate two different backgrounds for the same style, changing the licenseplate part in the parts editor it's needed first. Search for "Rear Yellow European Plate" and it will automatically change the background to yellow for the rear only.
Please remember to change the plate again to the regular Euro Plate again when switching to a design with the same background in both sides, since it will fail to load.
Hopefully more countries will follow soon!
Hope you enjoy it!
*If you have my previous mod installed, please delete it and use this one instead, since not only it's clearly outdated now, it means some duplicate files will appear and may cause trouble.
