Experimental ETK-K Lightbar Addon And RoR Sounds 1.0

Hello,

welcome to my first 'mod'/upload on the repository. It's just some sounds like the default horn and the old siren sound from the game Rigs of Rods as well as a 'Siren Speaker' for the ETK-K lightbar slot which adds my new unique creation: Portable Rain! Yes, exactly! Rain you can take with you any time and wherever you want to!
So whenever you wish to take a relaxing cruise on your favourite map after a hard day of work you can simply hit shift+n two times and you will be listening to the satisfying sound of a real rain shower! You shouldn't fall asleep tho, lol.

The horn might sound a bit strange but that doesn't matter, the main thing about it is that you will be heard on the streets out there. Transform your Pigeon into a roaring T-Series truck to gain more space on the crowded roads!
