This is my second mod, which is my favorite license plate, the 2010 Empire Gold New York Plate. Just as my first mod, this mod has some not so obvious things in it, so I'll point those out here.
First, here's how the plate looks in game.
Also, the name of the mod in the menus is "New York Plate"
