Beta Emir's Vanilla+ (OEM) Pack 1.0.0

Hi!
this is my first ever plug and play mod that i created and posted here, i hope it goes well and does good.
This mod includes several new BeamMP compatible configurations mainly focused on newer, modern vehicles.
in the next days i will release a bugfix version. Please be nice and feel free to report bugs that you find! i would love to fix them.
As days evolve i will also make part 2 and 3 of those packs based on other cars.

DISCLAIMERS
- sometimes thumbnails may not work. but i think they will be fine. configs do work. i wrote a description on them.
- please dont forget to enable 'Include custom .PC configurations' in your vehicle tab on right!
- in the next days an update will occur (hopefully)
- cars that have gauges based on LUA MIGHT freak out, CTRL+R to fix!
