Still don't understand the deal with this kind of waterlevel. Submarine or Boat mod needed to play this? Snorkel mod for jeeps? The effort of map creation is tiny and so is my rating.

east coast usa, global warming edition

i tried to make a west coast WINTER map with slick hilly streets and snow but i couldnt. could you create it? (maybe credit me for the idea XD?)

needs to be slightly lower water level so that you can still drive on all paved roads with a snorkel or at least 90%

This is rather simple to make ourselves, but I'll give you credit where it's due.

even though this is relatively easy to make, this is a nice thing to see and im glad that someone has finally made something like this! nice job
