Crown Model 10 - Daily Track Sport RX V12
Two minor and major updates for quality improvements are coming, not sure if and when tho'

All my imaginary cars I create for BeamNG are named "Crown". This one is a daily track sports oriented road car that you can drive in any conditions and is a serious challenge for Crown Model 1's (Porsche'ish 911'ishes) to keep up with.

The Model 10 RX V12 Upgrade
More optimizations are on the way so stay tuned for coming updates for this car...
This car is a wider body and has gone through a serious business performance and engineering to achieve the massive result from the "normal" Model 10. When costs isn't an issue anymore and quality is everything you easily end up with a AWD €500 000 car with 1 427 HP and 1 327 NM of torque from the heavily modified Bi-Turbo V12 sitting under the hood. There's also some other body modification and added aero details.

Small side note: The images accidently shows the RX as XR on the emblems, that is changed in the update 1.1 to the correct RX emblem (minor detail). RX stands for R Extreme. The patch 1.2 is more comprehensive so please check it out in the patch section for more detail.

Some images show both Model 10 variants together.

This Model 10 RX V12 is a full blown racer still street legal but a serious contender by any stretch. 0-100 km/h in 2.3 seconds and a topspeed of 350 km/h (restricted) it's a powerful machine despite its weight at 1 653 kg or 3 644 lbs. Engineers also put ceramic 400mm disc brakes front and rear and the car comes with carbon rims and track ready interior thus removing the back seat to fit a roll cage and stripped the car weight in general to compensate for the heavier 6.2 liter V12 engine.

This one has been tested and tuned for best drivers experiance using a Fanatec high-end steering wheel and CS pedals and shifter with best force feedback experiance in mind.

Testing and tuning takes place on the Simbin variant of Nordschleife, Automation Test Track handling course, Italy mountain roads and the American Roads area from the American Roads mod.

Time on the Automation test track is at 1.53.09
My personal best time on the Automation handle course is at 1.13

The wing can't be wider than the car to be street legal.

    Car Setup Tips
Tires throughout all the testing are set at 21 PSI front and 19 PSI on the rear.

This car is developed with force feedback steering wheel in mind. No idea how this car drives with keyboard.

    Driving tips for this car

This edition of the Model 10 is extremly powerful so watch out for how fast you're going because the car is still heavy so slowing down can be an issue if you're not careful. Also watch out for bumps and dips in the road as the front spoiler easily hits the ground if you jump the car. Loosing the front spoiler drastically reduces front grip and respons.

Just remember that even the best "road" car even if aimed for a track can do maybe 130 -140 km/h top through a mid fast corner best case scenario, any faster than that and you will slam into the ditch or wall/barrier.

Most road testing I do is on "Italy" mountain roads, speed limit 50 km/h.
Even if you just cruise you're easily blinded by the speed and all of the sudden you try to react to a sudden sharp corner doing close to 100 km/h. No car in the world can do a hairpin at that speed and usually there's a bump or a follow up corner.

Brake hard if your going fast untill you hear the ABS kick in and then ease off the braking before turning in, basic comon knowledge. The torque kicks in early so be aware of a strong torque roll hitting the gas early in exiting corners.

Learn the car to find what's its streangth and weaknesses to be fast and effective.

    Enjoy!
