    Update is here! The new stuff in 1.6:


      • The Last Ride - crazy cliff road (closed for maintenance, do not go there..)
      • New Big Crawler area with mission!
      • Refreshed areas!
      • New roadsigns, lots of collision mesh fixes (tunnel, pier of speed etc)
      • Texture fixes and performance improvements.
      • New thumbnails for EVERYTHING! and some new spawn points!



    1.6 release note:
    New Evacuation ramp
    ! Come see the area where everyone evacuated from the island! Sadly, the magnetic field spiked during "the incident" and attracted a huge metallic vessle directly into the path of the evacuation pods...
    You can send all kinds of object down the ramp and collide with crossing traffic down below. There is also ai support for this area (one way). Perfect for sending cars into the "crossroads" below on the main road. Enjoy

    This is an abandoned (and cursed??) Crash Test Island with loads of crash test sites, all in an "overgrown nature" vibe. Hope you like it!

    Scenic Ring road around the island (Ai support)
    Ring road is also a WILD racetrack with TimeTrial

    Secret cave with Crash Dummies from the great CrashHard! (doubles as showroom/photostudio (use dynamic reflection resolution 1024 for best reflections of lights in cave)
    Crawling trails
    Airstrip
    Dirt/rally roads across the island dirt/mud/rocks Cliff road without railing (perfect for hillclimb/rally)
    Drifting area
    Some Night time lights
    Underground facility
    "Pier of Speed" arrival pier with a target jump
    CrashCorp HQ area with some buildings
    Racetrack specially made for Drifting, located at the map centre, with its own gas station and a special "scenic turn" with a sheer drop Explore the Shore / easter egg area

    This map has the following “test” tracks/sites:
    -Flat airport/test drag strip
    -Flat suspension test track
    -Jump of death
    -Gigaramp/jump
    -Long stairs
    -Destruction decline bumpy road
    -Long dstruction decline with obstacles
    -Destruction decline "DEAD END"
    -Crash test site (top speed tunnel)
    -Rollercoaster of destruction (tube)


    Special thanks to @Spealer for knowledge support, inspiration and help @CarKiller for lots of help during building the map, and optimizing @CrashHard for main insipiration and allowing his crash test dummies to be a feature @HighDefGaming for bug trouble shooting and great mission tutorials.

    Vulkan is known to cause glitches, so don't use that.
    The black sky glitch can occour even at the original johnson valley map so as far as I can see at this time this is more a game issue or your setup. I will update if i find something new on the issue

    i would give it 5 stars for the graphics and the instability creator but i removed 1 star because "research" is misspelled on the research team vw bus

    This map made me genuinly smile man. You can see the raw passion that you put in this map in every corner. The altitude changes everywhere are a blast, the main road around the island is a blast to drive, all of the details, the amount of detours, the fact that some of the offroad sections are just completely insane. Ive driven this map for 20 minutes sofar and its just a blast. I love it, you did a fantastic job....... blast...

    This is what dreams are made of. I hope they hire you to guide the refurbish of Jungle Rock Island with your asstets and stye. My only complaint is that i wish it had a path that felt more like the "Dirt Loop" event for rally cars. I also would prefer an area with no so much and not so frequent elevation changes for use with rally cars.
