This MOD allows you to enjoy crash modes inspired by Burnout 2 and Burnout 3.

    Known Issue
    • This MOD is available only in Freeroam mode. (NOT Scenarios and Careers)
    • Please note that if you disable the challenge marker option, the marker will not be displayed. See [Options] -> [USER INTERFACE] -> [Show challenge markers].
    • "IMPACT TIME" may not work properly, especially when using divisible vehicles like the Bolide.
    • Trailers may not appear depending on the environment.

    Overview
    This MOD allows you to enjoy crash modes inspired by Burnout 2 and Burnout 3. The basic mission rule is straightforward: aim for the highest damage cost possible—that’s it!

    • Burnout 2 Mode:
      Simpler destructive actions are required. Success depends entirely on the angle and speed at which you hit your target vehicles.
    • Burnout 3 Mode:
      Offers a more game-like experience. After the initial collision, you can expand the damage further using "IMPACT TIME" and finish it off with a "CRASH BREAKER".
      • IMPACT TIME:
        After crashing, you can use Space + Arrow Key (or R1 + Left Stick). During the impact time, your falling speed will slow down and you can move at a slower speed in the direction you input.
      • CRASH BREAKER:
        Can be activated by destroying a certain number of vehilce by B key (or × button).

    Mission Start Options
    • Vehicle Selection: Predefined vehicles or the player’s vehicle
    • Game Mode: 2 or 3
    • Crash Camera Usage: Available only in Mode 2

    I really want to enjoy this mod but similarly to someone else im having issues with the trailers spawning in. everything else is great! Loads of fun. Tried adjusting the traffic spawning to see if that was the issue and its not. I can provide screenshots if you'd like me too!

      Thank you for your review and bug report!!
      I found that this mod runs us_semi to connect to the trailer, so if the level coordinates are different or if the connection takes too long, the connection fails and the trailer does not appear. I will try to implement a trailer connection that is not dependent on coordinates or PC performance.

    For some reason I cant get the trailers to spawn with the semis.

      Thank you for reporting the bug! I will try to reproduce the bug in my environment. I will add it to the explanation as a first step.
      If possible, please tell me in detail the conditions under which the bug occurs.

    Looks promising, however there is a lot of things to change/look at:

    - Boost Pad is pretty much useless as it give way too much speed, leading to overjumping the junction.

    - Camera angles in Burnout 2 Mode are pretty bad, idk if you are able to fix them but it would be amazing

    - Speed of traffic vehicles is too slow compered to Burnout games, would love to make them go faster

    - Would be cool if you can make slow motion toogleable, so the game is not set at slow motion entire crash.

    I know it is first early version, but I hope these changes will be addressed to you, it has so much potential and with no upcoming Burnout games, this feels refreshing :D

      Thank you for your review and all the advice!!

      I'd like to fix the Boost Pad issue and the slow-motion toggle in the next update! On the other hand, it seems difficult to fix the camera angle and traffic movement speed. I'll improve it as much as I can, but I won't be able to update it right away.
