Does what it says in the title. 2016 Costa Rica Toyota Hilux police livery for the Crown Victoria. This is one of my first skins and the first i release publicly.
(its pretty basic so dont expect much)

In 2015 the Costa Rica Ministry of Public Security bought a brand new 2011 CVPI with white paint and hubcaps, then retrofitted it with the police equipment you'd usually find in the Toyota Hilux from 2016 onwards. This car is used only on residential and commercial areas, as the car is unfitting for most of the hilly and worn down roads around the country. It was fitted with a heavy duty suspension sometime around 2023.
