Yeah, true. You can see it in the screenshots actually... anyway, as stated in the mod description, it does not feature custom models (aside from the bed itself) YET...
It will be fixed eventually, I just haven't had loads of time to mess with it.

I think I've figured out what causes this, it is only the crew-cab that's too twisty. I'll look closer into it next chance I get and see if I can fix it.

As I told Audifan1, there are 2 new frames added by this mod which will automatically come equipped with the "Very Short Bed". I'll take a couple screenshots and update the post with a "how to use" section just to (hopefully) avoid future confusion.

It's not a silly question at all. I did not make it very clear how this is done... In the frames section there SHOULD be 2 new frames (so far) call
"Heavy Duty Crew Cab Short Bed Frame"
&
"Heavy Duty Extended Cab Short Bed Frame"
Selecting either will auto-equip the "Very Short Bed"
