CJD Special Tunes 3.8

after the long wait it's back!
I've fixed alot of things that i found to be broken, among them was the pessima new which still isn't perfect, it work's but i need to rebuild the AWD system to make it function correctly other than that everything should work.
ADDED:
-all automatics have a 'valve body' option (in real life the valve body is what controls when it changes gear) so now you can select a manual valve body and shift yourself
-made the pulley changeable for all twin-chargers
-made the I660,10-speed auto, quick ratio steering, T1000 turbocharger, nitros, JATO and custom rear differential for the wentworth - no config yet
-made 'big boost' turbochargers for diesel engines (not all yet)
-made 19X12 versions of the ETK ttx10 wheels (used in ETK800/K/I CJD specials), and tyres to go with them
-probably a bunch of stuff I forgot, it's been too long

more small changes will be made once i get some of the bigger pieces in place, especially with todays update
