Chilean License Plates 1.0

Chilean license plates, including two formats, the old format used from 1985 to 2007 and the new format (which is divided in two also) from 2008 to 2014 with the old font and from 2014 to the present with the new FE-Schrift font. The old format also have a duplicated version using the new font.

Every format have 4 individual designs depending of the use of the vehicle: First is the regular plate; second, is the "taxi colectivo" (share taxi); third, is "radio taxi" (similar to a taxi); and fouth, taxi plate.
There is also a "Carabineros" (Chilean Police) plate design.

Spoiler: How to use

This const of 3 steps, first you select it from the "License Plate Design", second, you select the format (year), and third, you select the design (Regular, taxi, etc...)

In this example, the Old (regular) plate design is used.

Spoiler: How to choose the initial letter

Most letters are associated with the year when it was emmited. So I made a chart with all vanilla cars so you can follow the irl logic. (You can also find the PDF file inside the mod)

Issues:
- Chilean plates use a different size, but I didn't modeled it, so it uses the regular US plate size.
- Some random generation could not exist in real life.
