The Cherrier Loyron was an engineering experiment in the mid 2000s in collaboration with ETK. ETK helped in the production of this vehicle because Cherrier needed a manufacturer that knew how to make reliable but also really powerful and large engines. ETK also tackled the 6-Speed DCT gearbox (which was really new technology for the time). Anything that was mechanical, that was left to the Germans to figure out, while Cherrier designed the body and interior. The result was a stunning looking, lightening fast car which specifications that literally embarrassed every other super and hyper-car of that era. It is still thought of today as one of the greatest automobiles man has ever created!
