A beast of a track car from down under, now suitable for dailying!

The all Australian beast is back but in a less spine-shattering way. The suspension is softer, the interior is now akin to other cars, and the seating is less cramped. However, to say that this is a tamed version would be blasphemy. It still urges you to carve every curve you can spot, and each shift punches you back into your seat. But comparing it to the V8R gives a rather warped image. Because the V8R, the X4 version you've been introduced to before this, is the monster version of this, the V6A. The A stands for All-day. The V6? Self-explanatory, it has a V6 in the place of the V8. The V6A does 0-60 in 3.4 seconds. It has a top speed of 284 km/h (176 mph) and boasts 331.2 horsepower at 7700 RPM, redlined at 8000 RPM. The V8R does 0-60 in 3 seconds flat. It has a top speed of 301 km/h (187 mph) and boasts 477.7 horsepower at 7300 RPM, redlined at 9000 RPM.

So then, you'll probably ask yourself, "what do I get for those extra four milliseconds?", after all, why would you downgrade from a V8 to a V6? Well, the V6A-package provides you with a windscreen, an interior that isn't split into two, an interior that is roomier, more liveable. The gas cap is also brought forward instead of awkwardly positioned behind a beam, and the suspension is slightly raised.
