CCF power part expansion 1.0

Adds some custom parts to the CCF's engine, currently only for the f4.
Unfortunately due to slot and mesh issues I've had to make this an entirely new engine, but it's functionally identical to the standard f4.

So far the pack includes:
-An ITB intake setup with either completely open trumpets or twin plenums fed by panel filter cold air intakes
-Adaptor to fit the stock headers and exhausts
-4-into-1 equal length header for a smoother sounding exhaust note and a single 3-inch pipe that can exit either just behind the subframe for cut bumper setups, or out under the bumper as normal
-High-powerband cams to complete the trifecta of revvy, all-motor power

Planned for the future so far:
-Oil cooler with multiple placement options
-Cosmetics (painted rocker cover, catch can, aftermarket oil filler caps, etc)
-Body parts to fit these parts better (rear bumper with lower trim removed, bonnet with holes cut for trumpets, bonnet scoop for trumpets, rear diffuser that fits around the single exhaust, etc)
-Possibly a supercharger setup
-Possibly engine swaps (i5, v6, v8)
