DO NOT expect this mod to be 1000% accurate/realistic.

Cams may or may not add power.

Keep in mind this mod is no longer supported.

DO NOT USE PERFORMANCE BLOCK WITH THIS MOD!! IT IS RECOMMENDED TO USE THE BLOCK THIS MOD HAS INCLUDED IN COMBINATION WITH THE STOCK BLOCK.

Step 1: Set Nitrous Oxide System to "Camshaft Mod".

Step 2: Select The Camshaft You'd like to use.

Step 3: Wham! Your Done!

Helpful Info:

If you go all out with this mod, if you have thermals enabled, you should use a better radiator.

Enabled or Disabled Thermals.

This mod, just like a real Camshaft, adds lope and power (mostly top end) to your engine. Engine Tuning Adds lots of power (Upgraded Block Recommended), tuned ECU is a tuned ECU, and Thermals Enables or Disables Thermals.

Is kind of an empty promise as it doesn't really add anything new other than another Nitrous Oxyde System that's been renamed and got unrealistic as hell performance boosts, but ehh, I guess it's cool

Loved the mod until the recent update, as now all engines I use the camshafts on sound like weird v8s- perhaps the sounds can be toggleable in some way?

  Yes, but file editing is required and the next update will give you the option to have cams without custom sounds. Have fun!

Beamng has nothing to support cams, so this is good effort, although the tune part seems to add more power than the cam? either way effort is there and is executed well
