Beta Better (but Fake) Headlights 0.2

this is actually a very good step towards BeamNG's develpment itself, if this feature ever gets improved and actually implemented into the game, it would be really huge, hence spotlights take less performance from the game as far as i experienced, there are some things that could be improved on the mod itself such as the lights breaking once you break the headlight too
