Overview:
The Belasco Livery Megapack (BLMP) is the spiritual successor to @OuDacai's Belasco City Skins pack & @Scruffy517's BCSO mods. This pack focuses on more freelanced designs rather than ones based on Washington DC's or some other place's real liveries, with the exception of BCSO, BCMS and BCFD.

Features:
- Revamped BCPD
- BCSO - based on one out of Scruffy517's CVPI mod
- A slightly modified, but fixed rendition of an old BCMS mod by Scruffy517
- The BCFD Livery as seen in @Thane's D-Series Rescue Upfit mod, now on more vehicles
- West Coast Cab Co.
- West Coast DOT
Notes:
- This mod is still in development, which explains the "Beta" prefix.
- Certain reviews have suggested things that are now in development, or will eventually be.

  Two of your suggestions were already done by @Top Tier Studios, in the form of the companies "Belasco Power" and "Belasco Waste Services". However, Public Works wasn't taken yet, so I'm working on that. It's livery uses the same shade of yellow as the West Coast Cab Company, thus suggesting they are both owned by the same holding group.

Very good so far. I hope that you'll add West Coast Highway Patrol liveries soon, there's not really many good state police packs that aren't direct copies of irl departments. I think a WCHP fleet would be best to include a Bastion, Roamer, D Series, and another sedan like a sunburst or vertex, but that's just my two cents.

Some other ideas would be a Police/Sheriff Animal Control H or D series, BCPD Community Service Officer, County Coroner, West Coast Game Warden D-Series, and maybe a bastion/sunburst/centuari for the BCSO because its not necessarily super realistic all they'd be using is old tahoes(roamers) and crown vics(marshall)
