After the Fiction Pack, me and my friend have brought back another mod from OuDacai, the Belasco City Skin Pack.

-Fix all the bugs in the old mod
-Add BCFD skin for MD-Series
-Add BCPD skin for Bastion, MD-Series, Wentward S3 and enclosed trailer
-Add BCPD SWAT skin for Roamer and MD-Series
-Add Parking Enforcement skin for Sunburst and Lansdale

First of all, thanks for your appreciation for the overall quality.
But i've to say that the original mod contains SWAT, so there's no reason i delete them. If the time of making the skin really counts, then Top Tier should delete his.
Another modder has already made a skin doesn't mean others can't make it again, or you should ask the DPMP author why his pack contains skins identical to the Fiction Pack (ofc the DPMP mod is great ).
Also despite being the same skin, our config is quite differrent.
Lastly, if your reason for rating it 4-star is it has identical skin with another pack, i don't accept it.
