   Alright overall, but there should be two Cyrillic letter under the coat of arms representing the region on a Serbian plate, and there shouldn't be any Latin letters on a Transnistrian plate (A, B, E, K, M, H, O, P, C, T, Y, X)

      Thanks for the review, unfortunately I don't have a cyrillic keyboard so I have no idea how to type in cyrillic.
      If you search on Google, you'll see that transnistrian plates actually have latin letters (https://www.flickr.com/photos/peamasher/30869306357)
