Make the entire game black and white when your car is older than 1965

    Overview
    This is a joke mod more than anything. Whenever you use a car with a minimum year below 1965, everything turns black and white. This affects the game as well as the UI.
    I suppose this could be an example for custom post effects, but I really do not care much about it.
