Auto brake hold for new Pessima + L15CA engine swap 1.1

Note: This was originally thrown together to reverse-meshslap the new Pessima into an 11th gen Civic Si for my own use. I am publishing this because the ABH and other future Lua code from this effort might be pretty useful for people making the '21-'26 Covet and potentially others as well.

Note: The L15 engine requires https://www.beamng.com/resources/advanced-internals.26605/ to support the boost-by-rpm required to match the real L15CA torque curve.

Package content:
- ABH: This is an auto brake hold/hill start assist implementation based on what Honda did on the 11th gen Civic Si. Note that the system seems to operate based on clutch slip/transmission input shaft speed and not just a simple clutch position+timer (as seen on the Hirochi CCF and some cars IRL).

To use the ABH: Add the ABH control app to your screen and get in a vehicle equipped with ABH (For the Pessima: Equip the "VSA Pump" ABS and make sure ABH underneath it is installed). The top button toggles the ABH system. The bottom button provides an easy way to see/toggle the parking brake which will engages when you stall the engine.



- L15 engine: This is a recreation of the L15 engine in Automation to match the real engine as close as I could. This was done in an old-ish version of Automation before native boost-by-rpm support. Expect some jank as a result.
Note: The engine was a torque curve/turbo swap onto the stock Pessima 4cyl turbo engine model. There are no changes to the 3d model.

- Manual 6-speed gearbox + Helical diff: This is a recreation of the 6MT gearbox on the Civic Si. Note that the ratio has been modified to take the lack of wheel diameter on the Pessima into account to match the rev-limiter speed in each gear to the IRL setup. The helical front diff was pulled from the Sunburst.
