Anti-Lag System (Turbo) 1.4

Hi all,
in this update I've done a custom pressure and exhaust curve for every stock BeamNG vehicle, fixed some bugs, re-wrote some of the logic to be faster and more efficent and revised the audio management. I've also increased the range of the wastegate (12-100 --> 0-100)psi.
Fixed bugs:

• The scramble pressure would double when the Boost-By-Gear Controller was selected
• The scramble wouldn't work when in first gear with the Variable Boost Controller selected
