Anarchy, Rascal 1.4

-Finally stabilized the rear reinforcement beam, so it doesn't waver and glitch out nearly at all.

-Stabilized first person camera, now doesn't bob up and down.

-Re-mapped the hitbox for collisions, so it more fits the shape of the vehicle.

-Retuned aero, now actually provides decent downforce and keeps kart from drifting at higher speeds.

-Increased front grip and increased rear braking power.

-Back wheels lock slightly easier, for a more realistic feeling, though is still difficult to lock with "Shifter" version (due to a differential).
