      I actually already made one before osy46 handed the mod over to me and it just sort of got lost in the transition. I just found it in an old PM though, so I'll upload it now.

    We finally have all the states! Now we need the alternate plates like veteran plates, special plates (eg. Greatest Snow on Earth Utah Plates), and military/government plates.

    11/10 shit's dank, now all that can be done to make this mod even better are the "alternate" plates (like the black Texas/Cali plates, the fancy Michigan plates, etc)

      I'm not taking requests at the moment, but I found a high-quality blank background so it won't take long to do. This mod is for current plates only so I'll upload it separately later today (hopefully).

      I'm still quite busy but yes, there is actually another small update coming sometime before the end of the month. Progress is slow but I haven't forgotten about it, don't worry :)
