Notes:
- The wheels require custom hubs for clearance reasons (the wheel on the truck is really the hub).
- The tires use vanilla slots, so you can put off-road tires on wire wheels and whitewall tires on stock wheels.
- This mod is standalone and should not conflict with any existing pack.
