99 Pessima 4L and 8 Speed 1.6

This is a very tincy modification for the 99 Pessima.
It adds a more powerful engine which I for some reason put down as a 4L (it needed to be bigger than 2.7 but I didn't know how much by?)
Still uses the V6 sound with more bass tuned in.
Rev limit has been raised to 7000 RPM, Torque loss really kicks in so it's best not to scream it around much.

Also adds an 8 Speed Automatic Transmission 'inspired' by the ETK
In other words I used half the values of the Pessima's 4 Speed and the ETK's 8 speed and tuned them so they were roughly similar.

All in all just turns the 99 Pessima into a much more usable car rather than something that just sluggishly revs up but still leaves the same old Pessima we know and love!

29/09/17 - Added more power to the engine, Reconfigured 8 Speed into a new and more sporty transmission. (actually its really stupid and jumps a lot but if you're into that, it's great)

30/09/17 - Removed excess Pessima information (I left the main Pessima bit in incase it broke the game) Now only my modifications are contained in the file.

30/09/17 - Lmao doesn't erase everything, good thing they didn't allow release. Pessima normal customisations stopped working. It's all fixed now dw.
