This mod is supposed to be a semi realistic late 80s I4 diesel loosely based on various European diesel engines.
What this mod contains:
A 4-cylinder diesel powered engine mated to a 6 speed gearbox (which is great for towing)
A stock ECU with soft limiter at 4500 RPM
A remapped (tuned for those outside the UK) ECU with soft limiter at 5000 RPM
A reek (rollin coal) mapped ECU with soft limiter at 4500 RPM (for those global heating smoke shows)
A stock turbo rated at 12 PSI
A bigger turbo rated at 20 PSI
6 speed gearbox (which is great for towing)
0 – 60 MPH is roughly 10 seconds with stock engine and turbo
There are 4 different configs:
DX stock ECU N/A Diesel
LX stock ECU turbo diesel
LX remapped ECU turbo diesel with bigger turbo
LX Reek (rollin coal) mapped ECU with bigger turbo
