Outdated Petrol & Diesel V8 engines for the ETK 800/K series 4.2.1

Hey all,

I've been busy recently with some other projects and studies so I didn't worked much on the mod, however I still did some various improvements especially about the engines, it now uses an edited version of the new Bastion's V8 engine sound.

I had some time during the holidays to work on this mod and I decided to completely rework the petrol V8 engine's JBEAM, it means that there's no change to the model and its physic (I didn't touched the nodes skeleton). Small update to fix the config of the 858 tdSport+ version spawning with no wheels

I've been really busy with studies this year so I didn't spent much time on improving this mod like I used to, but I still managed to work on it at random times. Almost one year after the first release of the mod, I created a Diesel V8 engine to the ETK800 ! It is some sort of a mix between an W211 E420 CDI/A8 V8 TDI and a G30 M550d

Sorry for the long fix time, couldn't work on my mod with the recent holidays. Changelog :
- Raised the drag block strength to make it strong enough for the stage 3 turbo
- Raised the heavy duty block to avoid annoying overtorque message with the stage 2 turbo
- Slightly raised the high rpm block to avoid annoying overtorque message
- Reduced the ttSport exhaust's volume

Hey all, I didn't worked a lot on this mod recently but here's still a few improvements and a few fixes for bugs that appeared after the update :
- Tweaked all the turbochargers sound that got heavily changed after the update.
- Tweaked the engine sound that was changed too by the update.
- Fixed (I guess ?) the broken thumbnails of the etk800.
- This mod is now fully compatible with the etk S Series, no configs though and the car will spawn with no exhaust, you'll need to add them...

Hello all, I finally found some time to work on this mod so I added a bunch of new content and fixed some problems :

- Added a new stage 2 twin turbocharger that makes a bit less than 800HP and 1100NM
- Added a new "Ultra High Performance Radiator" to cool down this bad boy
- Slightly reduced the strength of the stock long block to make it break when there's the stage 1 (or above) turbocharger selected
- Greatly decreased the strength of the high rpm long block to make it break very...

New update here, not that much fresh new content but a lot of polish :

- New drag config for ETK 800 using a new drag block and a stage 3 turbocharger producing 1150hp
- New hillclimb config for the ETK K using the stage 1 turbocharger
- New thumbnail for all the configs to make them use PBR
- Changed the color of a few configs because PBR made some look ugly
- Added the new 0.23 content to the configs (interior options, ect...)
- Made some changes in the engine's sound of the high rpm V8

- Big improvements on the engine's model, it now has better looking headers with turbo variants and a better intake (updated the pictures in the mod page)
- Adjustements to the turbos, they are closer to twin turbochargers in their behavior and sound
- Stage 1 turbo is slightly more powerful (650hp, +30hp)
